We know there are times that we all need assistance.  No one knows everything about everything.  We have to get the job done anyway.  We have links to various websites below.  Some are our comments, many will take you to other sites with useful information.  ENJOY!

MORE ABOUT BANNERS....There are good banners and better banners. A banner used indoors can be any grade.  A banner used outdoors in the wind and weather requires a more durable material.  All banners are for temporary use.  4 to 6 months is pushing the limits outdoors.
BANNER DESIGN.  Banners can be 3 ft X 3ft or the entire backdrop for a concert.  The larger the banner, the better the image quality should be.  PNG images work well.  A common problem occurs when a group of businesses sponsor an event and use images from their business cards for a large  banner.  The best way to handle this group effort is to allow enough time for the printer to work with the group to obtain the properly sized images, this will avoid a banner with multiple blurred images mixed in with larger clear images.
After a banner is printed the edges are finished, either sewn or heat sealed.  Metal grommets are put in to allow for hanging.  We do not charge for grommets or wind holes.

WIND HOLES,  although called wind holes they are
not wind holes but  U-shaped cuts in the banner to allow the wind to go through the banner and reduce damage.  Normally used in large banners.  We can assist with banner design, call us.

The banner on the left is a vertical banner, used primarily indoors.  Although it appears to be the same as a horizontal banner, there is a difference in the way it is finished after printing.  Only the top and bottom edges will be folded over then  sewn or heat sealed.  To allow flexibility the side or vertical edges will not be sealed.  The type of stand used  will determine whether the corners have grommets. The far left image of the banner stand is one of many types of vertical banner stands.
